the District Manager, and to SNP trail managers.
Reports received from this form are entered in the PATC database and the website database.
Overseers can check their recorded work by using the on-line database.
This form can be used as an alternate to the form on the PATC website. Please enter work reports on one form only (do not enter work reports on both websites).
It usually takes a few seconds for this form to be processed. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail
within a few minutes (i.e. a copy of your work report that will be mailed to you), please resubmit your report.
