Chain Bridge Project Photos
In the Spring of 2002, the Blue and White Crew planned and built a set of stone steps on the Potomac Heritage Trail, near the Chain Bridge. The project was intended to reroute the trail away from a dangerous road crossing, by taking the footpath down a steep grade and under a roadway overpass. The project took two weekends, was covered by local media, and was completed to the crew's satisfaction.
