The Blue and White Crew held their Annual Muttontopfest in October.  As usual, the turnout was great.  What started as a cold, rainy, and dreary Saturday, quickly transformed into a glorious Autumn day in the mountains.  The crew split into two groups.  Patrick Wilson, Tom Paquin, and Heather Whitlow journeyed to Hannah Run to continue work on a rehab project started by Patrick and Hannah Run overseer Dave Bailey.  The rest of the gang headed to Entry Run to continue work on the lower section of that trail (new locust steps and waterbars).  After work, the crew reconvened at Sal's in Stanardsville for pizza, beer, and a discussion of low-hanging stones (and the relationship of such discussions to crew demographics).  After grub, the group returned to Muttontop for it's annual Rites of Autumn, where they were treated to what seemed like a live AC/DC concert emanating from the Morris Cabin.  Sunday found the crew taking care of a few odd jobs on the Vining Tract.
